Implementing Agile All Day Every Day

I have been using the agile methodology for 8 years in a small and large technology company with great results. Our time to market, bug issues and resource allocations have all been reduced. I have worked in the IT field in a few different capacities (business analyst, QA manager, and scrum master) and I feel that the agile method of software development is the most efficient way to develop and deploy applications. This blog will be a commentary on what I learn, and what works while I implement agile methodology solutions to everyday business issues.
