User experience in agile is a major success factor for project outcomes. Your agile team has to craft biographies of users for the project you are developing. We call these personas and we will design our software for those users in mind. I have attached a simple persona above that you can use to craft your personas. Our software products that we are creating are generally intended to be used by more than one category of person (persona). All of the users (personas) will have very different expectations for your product. The team will need to create at least one personas for all the users of the product you are developing it for. Remember this are not "user roles" (such as sales, administrator) we are not defining the roles by tasks, descriptions.
